With both Canva and Squarespace you’ll receive fully custom wedding website designs, created from scratch and tailored to your aesthetic

Canva Websites

Timeline: 2-3 weeks | Prices start at: £295

Best for simple, visually unique websites

Canva websites work well for couples who want a clean, creative wedding website. They’re straightforward to use, easy to publish, and allow extensive customisation of every design element.

Things to know:

  • Canva sites are scrolling websites. Everything flows on one intentionally designed page

  • Canva is free to use with no ongoing fees. You can publish your site on a free Canva domain (for example: yourname.my.canva.site). If you’d prefer a custom domain like emmaandjosh.com, you can connect your own or purchase one through Canva, which requires a Canva Pro account.

  • Canva doesn’t include a built-in RSVP feature, but we can create a matching Google Form for you so your design stays consistent throughout.

Squarespace Websites

Timeline: 4-5 weeks | Prices start at: £695

Best for highly functional websites with integrated features

Squarespace websites are perfect if you want a more advanced website that can do more for you. You’ll get built-in RSVP forms, interactive maps, and a clean, easy-to-navigate layout with multiple pages, just like a traditional website. It’s ideal for bigger or more detailed sites.

Things to know:

  • Squarespace gives you more features than Canva, but it does require a bit more confidence in editing and publishing (after handoff). We’ll guide you through the essentials.

  • You’ll need a paid Squarespace plan to make your site live, which comes with ongoing monthly fees. If you pay annually, Squarespace includes a free custom domain for the first year.

Next Steps

Custom website slots are limited and can fill up months in advance, especially during peak seasons. Please get in touch as soon as possible to check current availability before booking.

Once purchased, you’ll receive a design questionnaire to capture:

  • Your wedding information (dates, locations, your story etc.)

  • The pages and sections you want included

  • Color palette, fonts, and inspiration images

  • Personal photos and any wording you’d like us to use

  • Any external links (RSVP forms, hotel recommendations, gift registries, etc.)

Please note: Once work begins, we’ll need your revisions and approvals as promptly as possible so that your design stays on track. If communication pauses without notice, the project may need to be rescheduled
