Refunds & Cancellations

Custom Design Services (including Done-For-You Websites and Custom Websites)

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your project slot.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, provided that work has not yet begun.

If you cancel within this period, a 50% refund will be issued to cover the time reserved for your project and administrative costs.

If work begins within the 14-day cooling-off period, you agree that this waives your right to a full refund.

Cancellations made after work has begun or after 14 days are non-refundable.

If you need to postpone your start date, please contact me as soon as possible, I’ll always do my best to accommodate changes.

Digital Templates

Due to the instant-access nature of digital items, all template purchases are non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you agree to receive immediate access to your files and acknowledge that this means you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
