  • Will the website work on mobile?

    Absolutely. All of our websites are designed to be mobile-friendly, so your guests can view the details easily on their phones.

  • Can I add RSVP links or my gift registry?

    Yes, you can link to external RSVP platforms, forms or registries, or embed forms directly on the site, depending on your setup.

  • When should I create my wedding website?

    Ideally, about 6–8 months before your wedding. You will likely need your website address for your invitations, so you should be thinking about the website around the same time as your invitations.

  • Can I change the colours on my website template?

    Yes, with our semi-custom website templates most of the colours within the template can be changed.

    You can change the fonts, font colours, images, illustrations. You can move sections around or add/delete anything you don’t want, they are very customisable.

  • How long does my website last?

    There’s no expiry. Once it's published, your site can stay live for as long as you need it, before and after the wedding.

  • Can I password-protect my website?

    Yes. You can add a password to keep your site private so only invited guests with the password can view it.

  • I need my website ASAP. Do you offer an express service?

    Yes, we offer an express “Website in 24 Hours” service (depending on availability). If you’re on a tight timeline, get in touch first and we’ll confirm next steps.

  • Can I edit my website after it’s been published?

    Yes, you'll be able to make changes anytime, even when its live.

  • Can I add videos to my website?

    Yes, you can add videos to most websites.

  • I need to cancel my order

    If you need to cancel your order, please check our refunds and cancellations policy here.

  • Can I translate my website template into a different language?

    Yes, all templates can be edited in any language. You can replace the default text with your own wording in your preferred language.

  • What are your Business Hours?

    Mon - Fri: 10am-6pm GMT

  • Can I upload these templates to another wedding website platform, like Zola or The Knot?

    No, platforms like Zola, The Knot, or Joy don’t allow you to upload custom designs or Canva-built websites. They only let you use their built-in templates.

  • Can I use my own domain name on the Canva websites?

    Yes, but you’ll need a Canva Pro account to connect a custom domain (like www.samandjordan.com). You can either: buy a new domain directly through Canva (easy and automatic setup), or connect a domain you already own from another provider like GoDaddy or Google Domains.

    If you don’t need a custom domain, your site will be published with a Canva branded link (like yourname.my.canva.site). There is no extra costs involved with this option. You just pay for the template and that’s it. Canva host and publish your website with no other costs or fees.

  • Where are you based?

    I’m based in the UK, but I work with couples all over the world. Most of my clients are based in the US, Canada, Australia and Europe. All communication and design work is handled easily online.
