Custom and Semi-Custom Services

If you wish to cancel your booking, please get in touch as soon as possible. If work has already started, a cancellation or refund may not be possible in full, depending on the work completed and the circumstances. Any cancellations and refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Digital Templates

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all template purchases are non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access is provided immediately and waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
