Custom Website Services

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your project slot and reserve time in my schedule. This deposit confirms your booking and allows initial planning and preparation to begin.

The remaining balance is due once the design concept has been agreed. Once approved, the final payment must be received in full before the website build phase begins.

Due to the bespoke nature of the work and the reservation of time, the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation or change of mind.

If you choose not to proceed after the design concept stage, no further payments will be required, provided no build work has commenced on your website.

If you need to postpone your project start date, please contact me as early as possible and I will always do my best to accommodate changes where availability allows.

Digital Templates

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all template purchases are non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access is provided immediately and waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
