Semi-Custom Wedding Website Booking Terms & Conditions
These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of a Semi-Custom Wedding Website from Rhionn. By booking and paying for your website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. What’s Included
Your Semi-Custom Wedding Website includes:
A personalised 5-page wedding website based on your chosen semi-custom design.
Personalisation with your wedding details, photographs, colours and fonts.
One round of revisions.
Mobile-optimised design.
Password protection.
One year of website hosting.
A custom domain, set up by Rhionn on your behalf.
Professional website configuration and launch.
The Semi-Custom Wedding Website is based on an existing Rhionn design. The overall layout, structure and design style will remain based on the selected design.
2. Design Selection
You will select your preferred semi-custom design before work begins.
Once your design has been selected and work has commenced, it cannot be changed to a different semi-custom design.
Your selected design can be personalised with your colours, fonts, photographs and content. Requests for substantial changes to the overall layout or design may fall outside the scope of the Semi-Custom service and may require a separate quote for a custom website.
3. Payment
A 50% booking payment is required to secure your project and confirm your start date.
The remaining 50% balance is payable on completion of the website and before the website is launched.
Work will begin once the initial payment has been received and all required information and content has been provided.
4. Revisions
One round of revisions is included in the Semi-Custom Wedding Website price.
This allows you to provide feedback and request reasonable amendments to the completed website.
Additional rounds of revisions, substantial design changes or work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately. Any additional costs will be discussed with you before the work is carried out.
5. Content & Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing all content required for your website, including photographs, wording, wedding details, links and any other information requested. Where you are unable to provide suitable photographs, appropriate stock imagery may be selected and used by Rhionn to complete the website.
You are also responsible for checking all information supplied to the website, including names, dates, times, addresses, links and other wedding details, before approving the website for launch.
Rhionn is not responsible for errors or omissions in information supplied by the client.
6. Turnaround, Start Date & Client Content
An agreed start date will be confirmed with you before your booking is made. Your 50% booking payment must be received at least 48 hours before your agreed start date. If payment has not been received by this time, your start date may be released and your project rescheduled to the next available date.
Your 1–2 week turnaround period will begin from your agreed start date. All required content, including photographs, wording, wedding details, links and account access, must be provided by the agreed start date. Work will not begin until all required content and information has been received.
The website will normally be completed within approximately 1–2 weeks of the agreed start date, provided all required content and feedback are supplied on time. If content or feedback is delayed and the project falls outside the original 1–2 week timeframe, your project may need to be rescheduled to a later available date.
7. Domain
A custom domain is included and will be set up by Rhionn on your behalf.
The domain will be registered in your name and to your home address, rather than to Rhionn. We will confirm the required registration details with you when your website is being set up.
You are the domain owner and are responsible for providing accurate registration information.
8. Website Hosting
One year of website hosting is included in the Semi-Custom Wedding Website price.
After the first year, continued website hosting will need to be renewed directly with Squarespace at the applicable subscription price if you wish to keep the website online.
The domain will also require renewal when applicable.
Rhionn is not responsible for future Squarespace subscription or domain renewal costs after the included period.
9. Website Launch
Once the website has been completed and the final balance has been paid, Rhionn will professionally configure and launch the website.
You will have the opportunity to review the website before launch and confirm that the content and details are correct.
Once the website has been approved and launched, any further changes may be subject to an additional charge.
10. Cancellation
The 50% booking payment secures your project and allocated start date.
If you cancel your project after work has commenced, the booking payment is non-refundable.
If you cancel before work has commenced, please contact Rhionn as soon as possible. Any refund will be considered based on the work already carried out and any costs incurred.
11. Intellectual Property
The underlying Semi-Custom website design, layout and template remain the intellectual property of Rhionn.
You are purchasing a personalised website based on the selected Rhionn design and are not purchasing ownership of the underlying template or design.
You may use your completed website for your own wedding purposes, but the design may not be copied, resold, redistributed or used to create a similar template or website for another person.
12. Portfolio & Promotion
Your privacy is important to us, and we will not use or share your wedding website, photographs, personal information or wedding details for portfolio, social media or promotional purposes without your permission.
After your wedding, we may contact you to ask whether you would be happy for us to share selected design elements as an example of our work. This is entirely optional, and we will only share anything with your agreement.
We will never share personal or identifying information about you or your wedding without your specific permission.
13. Final Approval
You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final website before launch.
By approving the website for launch, you confirm that you are happy with the design, content and information displayed.
Rhionn is not responsible for errors that were present in the content supplied by you or that were approved by you before launch.
14. Agreement to These Terms
By proceeding with your booking and making the initial 50% payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
