BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms apply to the purchase of a Custom Wedding Website from Rhionn. By booking and paying for your website, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following.
1. Payment & Booking
Your booking payment must be received at least 48 hours before your agreed start date. If payment is not received, your project may be rescheduled.
2. Design & Revisions
An initial website design concept will be created based on your brief, preferences and wedding aesthetic.
Two rounds of revisions are included to refine the design following its presentation.
Additional revisions, substantial design changes or requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
3. Content & Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing all required content, photographs, wedding details and links. If photographs are not supplied suitable stock imagery will be used instead.
4. Turnaround
Your estimated turnaround begins from your agreed start date, once all required content and information have been received.
Long delays in providing content or feedback may affect your completion date and require your project to be rescheduled.
5. Domain, Hosting & Support
Your package includes a custom domain, 12 months of website hosting and one month of post-launch support.
Your domain will be registered in your name. After the initial 12 months, if you wish to keep your website live, you will need to renew your Squarespace subscription for a further 12 months at the applicable rate. Domain renewal fees may also apply.
One month of post-launch support is included for minor alterations and assistance with your website. Any larger changes or additional work may incur a separate charge.
6. Cancellation
Your booking payment secures your project and allocated start date.
If you cancel before work has commenced, any refund will be considered based on work already carried out and costs incurred.
Once work has commenced, the booking payment is non-refundable, subject to your applicable consumer rights.
7. Website Approval & Ownership
You are responsible for reviewing and approving your website before launch. Rhionn is not responsible for errors in information supplied or approved by you.
The underlying website design, layouts and templates remain the intellectual property of Rhionn. Your completed website may be used for your own wedding purposes but may not be copied, resold or redistributed.
8. RSVP Responses
RSVP responses are managed by you, with submissions sent directly to an email address you provide or to a Google Sheet connected to your own Google account.
9. Privacy & Portfolio
Your website, photographs and wedding details will not be used for portfolio or promotional purposes without your permission.
We may contact you after your wedding to ask whether you would be happy for selected design elements to be shared. This is entirely optional.
