As each monogram is designed exclusively for you, bookings are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, your project will be added to our design schedule, and we’ll confirm your dedicated start date.
Your monogram will be completed within 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) from your confirmed project start date, provided we have received your completed design questionnaire and all required content.
If you have a specific deadline, please let us know before purchasing. Where availability allows, a Rush Service may be available for an additional fee.
