As each video invitation is customised to order, bookings are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, your project will be added to our design schedule, and we’ll confirm your dedicated start date.
Your invitation will be completed within 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) from your confirmed project start date, provided we have received your completed questionnaire and all required content.
If you have a specific deadline, please let us know before purchasing. Where availability allows, a Rush Service may be available for an additional fee.
